The BDI (Birmingham Design Initiative) is made up of 22 individuals from the business, education and design related sectors. The awards are held every two years with the aim of highlighting projects and products that have made a quality and valued contribution to the West Midlands region.
The aim of the BDI is to raise awareness of not only the achievements but the importance of environmental/product design within the West Midlands area. The awards recognise the very best of West Midlands design and quality. It is a great opportunity for the community to voice there opinions of what is imaginative and functional design at its best.
Jim Hardwick the Managing Director of W H Foster & Sons can be seen here collecting the award for their unique Tubular Cubicle System which has already been a huge success for W H Foster & Sons.
