the first fix

The pre-assembled outer frames are installed enabling the ceiling, wall and floor finishes to be completed before the second fix begins. All primary plumbing is installed by others.

the second fix

The pre-plumbed unit, comprising the factory fitted WC pan and cistern is positioned into the outer frame and made secure in a straight forward one-person operation.

the third and final fix

When all the final plumbing connections to the mains supply have been made by others, the decorative panels are fitted. The area will now be ready for the installation of the cubicle partitions and doors.

structural frame assembly

The pre-plumbed panel unit is delivered to site with all the necessary structural supports, specified sanitary-ware and plumbing / waste components factory fitted.

The installation process for the wash hand basin panel unit is the same as for the other pre-plumbed units, a straight forward one-person operation.

All sanitary-ware is fitted with 225mm / 15mm copper tails and 32mm waste pipes for final connection to the mains supply and waste by others.

There is a wide range of basins available from the standard model shown here to versions for more specialist applications such as clinical basins for hospital use.

Taps and mixers from all manufacturers can be installed along with extensive washroom accessory options, such as the liquid soap dispenser from Bobrick shown here.

The factory assembled, urinal pre-plumbed panel unit is positioned into the outer frame and made secure in the same way as the WC panel unit.

The unit can be positioned within 150mm of the back wall subject to site conditions and still leave sufficient access to water and waste connections.

Traditional urinal and cistern combinations can be fitted with semi-automatic and fully automatic wash down controls. In addition, we can offer an infra red control as shown here, to dramatically reduce unnecessary water usage without compromising on hygiene, (subject to local water regulations).
